Monterey Lodge
Biscoe Wilson Architects designed a refurbishment of a six storey apartment building at Caloundra. The 25 year old building required complete refurbishment of the exterior and foyer spaces, external works and common areas. The practice worked with the Body Corporate Committee to design a cost effective refurbishment that brought the building to a contemporary finish level. External windows and doors were replaced with architectural aluminium glazing systems and the facade was coated with new waterproof membrane, balconies were retiled and balustrades replaced.
