Biscoe Wilson Architects prepared a Development Application for QM Properties development at Norfolk Village, Ormeau.
The 72 townhouse development is a medium-density, gated community comprising two storey townhouses within a landscaped private estate. A variety of two – four bedroom townhouse designs were developed to cater for a variety of prospective purchasers.
Careful siting of buildings was made to maximize privacy and to correctly orient dwellings for optimal solar orientation.
