Our practice have a long term relationship with Langford Metal Industries (LMI) which is a privately owned sheet metal fabricator that undertakes sophisticated folding, pressing, laser-cutting and finishing of a variety of metal products. Biscoe Wilson Architects have worked with LMI to develop a masterplan relating to mi- term use of their site, as well as, more recently, looking at relocation and redevelopment options.
Stage 1 involved construction of a new corporate office and factory and Stage 2 involved construction of a new warehouse and factory to accommodate a powdercoating plant.
Interior fitout and furniture design was also undertaken. Furniture items showcased the company's punched and laser cutting expertise.
