Biscoe Wilson Architects were engaged to prepare a preliminary feasibility study and sketch design for a new six storey office building north of Brisbane. The building utilises the topography of the site to gain additional north facing office space addressing the road frontage. The facade of the building are articulated through a series of horizontal and vertical sunshades in response to orientation and views. A large 'floating' roof oversails the building providing extensive shading to the facades during summer.
