Balmoral SHS - Master Plan
A Master Plan for the External Spaces at Balmoral State High School was prepared to analyze constraints and optimise opportunities within the existing school campus, allowing the long term development of external spaces that will enhance the educational and collegiate environment of the school.
The key objectives for the school grounds were to provide a conducive environment which would support the intellectual, physical, artistic and social development of students; and to provide a landscape setting which creates a 'Sense of Place', enhances the natural environment and instils a lifelong regard for nature.
Bulimba SS - Master Plan
Biscoe Wilson Architects have worked with Bulimba State School over a number of years and have developed a master plan to assist the school and P&C Association in realising the school's potential in coming years. Bulimba State School aims, through the preparation of a Master Plan, to create the best possible learning environment for its staff and students into the future.
The physical environment of the school fosters the development of students who are Healthy Citizens, Informed Citizens, Creative Citizens, Democratic Citizens and Eco-Citizens. The Bulimba State School environment facilitates community relationships within the school and with the wider community.
Bulimba SS received the Premier's Sustainability Award for Schools in 2013.
