Lazaar Warehouse
A speculative warehouse solution was developed for Lazaar Builders. A tilt up concrete framed warehouse with steel framed roof and lightweight office annexes was designed for maximum flexibility. The building could be easily tenanted by one to four tenants, each with individual access to offices, amenities and warehouse space.
Biscoe Wilson Architects were engaged by the D&C contractor, Lazaar Builders, to design and document the project.
