Pacific Harbour Tropical Villas
Biscoe Wilson Architects was commissioned by QM Properties to design an exclusive group of tropical villas as part of their successful Pacific Harbour Development at Bribie Island.
The masterplan design was done in collaboration with PLACE Planning and Design.
The gated community, title development consisted of 30 two storey townhouses grouped around a lush landscaped recreation area. Six townhouse designs were developed after careful study of exemplars in the Sunshine Coast Region. Living areas wrapped around plunge pools and landscaped courtyards to create a feeling of being in an outdoor room.
Articulation of facades, selection of natural stones and timbers and a range of pitched roof styles all combined to create a sub-tropical design suitable for the relaxed Bribie Island resort feel the developer required.
