RidaCorp Offices
Ridacorp (previously Aunger Carcraft) relocated to an industrial site at Eagle Farm. The site contains an existing warehouse building and office and surplus land for future development. Biscoe Wilson Architects have prepared and obtained development approval for new warehousing and office on the site. A variety of tenancy sizes ranging from small office/warehouse tenancies to larger high bay warehouse solutions have been incorporated.
The existing warehouse and office has been refurbished to extend its economic life.
In 2013 we are investigating introduction of some industrial units on the site.
