Paget Estate - Mackay
Biscoe Wilson Architects were engaged to prepare a Master Plan for a 4 Ha site on industrial land in Mackay. The masterplan allowed for a variety of industrial unit sizes, together with hardstand and manoeuvring for articulated vehicles and general parking. Site based water management was achieved by treatment of stormwater through swales. Extensive landscaping buffers to the two perimeter roads provided a “Green” frontage to the estate.
