T House
Biscoe Wilson Architects were commissioned to design and build a new family home on a relatively steep, small lot which takes advantage of the striking city views available to them. It was also necessary to maximise northern light's entry into the living areas of the residence. The clients also requested maximum the floor area for the separate entertaining and living areas for upstairs and downstairs, informal entertainment area. This Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) provides a compact living solution on a small lot in Brisbane.
