Elysium Recreation Club - Noosa Heads
AV Jennings purchased an existing residential development at Elysium post GFC. As part of the strategy to reinvigorate the development a recreation club was designed as a centrepiece.
The linear design comprises two elegant pavilions fronting a man made lagoon. Between the pavilions and lagoon a series of decks and swimming pools provide a promenade linking buildings to landscape and recreation areas. One pavilion contains a lounge with self contained kitchen and bar, while the second pavilion is a gym / day spa. Both pavilions have screened breakout areas adjacent the deck promenade.
